CREATE: A Photo For World AIDS Day

There are around 33 million people worldwide living with HIV.

Young people account for around 40% of all new adult (15+) HIV infections worldwide.

Over 5000 people die every day as a result of HIV and related illnesses.

How Will You Use Yours?

We’re collecting photos of people using the red ribbon of World AIDS Day in a creative way.

You could use yours to:
            Wrap up a Christmas present
Put round your mouth as a gag
            Use as a skipping rope
Put round your head as a blindfold
Put in your hair as a bow
            Make a lasso
            Walk a dog

Tax Dodging Hurts The Poor

Tax dodging by some unscrupulous multinational companies is costing developing countries approximately $160bn every year.

That’s more than they get in aid.

This money could be used to provide healthcare for those living with HIV as well as other essential services.

Making Them Pay

There’s no reason multinational companies shouldn’t pay tax. For World AIDS Day, we’re asking Unilever to champion measures that make global financial systems more transparent and fair.

ACTION!
Take action by taking a photo of yourself with your red ribbon and upload it to the site, tagged "World AIDS Day". We'll then create a big World AIDS Day ribbon out of the photos and use it to petition Unilever to support our campaign.

*If you're one of the first people to upload your photo, you'll also be part of our desktop background picture for people to download and have as their backgrounds on World AIDS Day!*
