Get In On The Action

After the activism-high of the Climate Crash Course, we need to get on with it and do something with all those ideas and bouncing-off-the-wall energy, so (in the voice of Obi-wan Kenobi) the movement fighting global injustice must carry on!

The Climate Crash Course was a day filled with inspiration, aimed at equipping us with the tools to fight against climate change in particular, and wider injustice in general. Check it out here. So we need to use all that knowledge and move forward, in whatever form we think is right for us.

So far we’ve had comedy nights, people dressed as superheroes, open mic nights and flash mobs. As long as there’s a message involved, we’re up for it. In the pipeline, we’ve got art exhibitions, anti-consumerism challenges and more regional event days to spread the word.

Helpfully funded by the Co-op, we have a budget to get the message out there. If you have an idea for a mind-changing event linked to global injustice and live in Yorkshire or the North East, get in touch and we’ll help you however we can.
