This film takes a look at the personality of Khieu Samphon, the Head of State in Deomcratic Kampuchea under the Khmer Rouge. He is soon facing trial charged with Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes and Genocide.

The event coincides with the exhibition 'Cambodia: Reflections of The Khmer Rouge.'
