Graphic design students from the University of East London have set up a charity art exhibition and sale to be held on the May 22, 2010 in Whitechapel. They are working with the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) in order to raise money for the Haiti cause, following the devastating earthquakes earlier this year. All profits from this event will be donated directly to the DEC. They'll be art works to on show and to sell, donated from the likes of Peter Kennard (Photography), Joe Wilson (Screen printing), Mark Long (Illustration) Jonathan Barnbrook (Graphic Design), Carl Jason (Print and Fashion and a member of the Ugly Kids Club), Prestige Tattoo's (Tattoo Artists) and many more.
It will be an open auction, so if there is any you like you can bid for them - but please don't feel obliged to buy.
There will be music on the night, and food and alcohol will be served.
