If you're between the ages of 18 and 28 and passionate about climate change, check out this MTV offering.

MTV is looking for entries for a special category of The Internews Earth Journalism Awards: the MTV Positive Change Award on creative multimedia coverage of climate change. Entries should express, in whatever format you choose, how our society is adapting, or needs to adapt, in response to the threat of climate change.

The winning piece will be seen by a global audience and contribute to positive change of perspectives. The winner will be honoured at a high-profile awards ceremony at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen this December and will be supported by a production team from Internews to cover the pivotal negotiations for youth audiences around the world. 200 countries will be meeting to decide our global response to the dangers that climate change presents over the next few decades.

As well as winning the chance to be at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, the winner will also receive a flipvideo camcorder

The winning submission can be in any format or in a mix of formats, e.g. video, audio, photography, script, music etc of 3 minutes long
