The gig features Lowkey, described by poet Benjamin Zephaniah as “One of the best lyricists in the Western Hemisphere”, plus performances from some of the UK’s hottest up and coming independent hip hop and soul artists.

Also playing are the provocative Aruba Red, Logic MC of the People’s Army collective and Poetic Pilgrimage. There will be an acoustic performance from Southampton’s very own Aaron Soul (with guests) while the Soul Mavericks (Winners of the 2010 UK B-Boy Champs) go head to head in an explosive B-boy battle and the Secret Wars All Stars treat you to a live graffiti art showcase

The organisers also promise DJs spinning and scratching throughout so you’ll be singing and dancing all night long!
